Hurray! At long last Massage By Lisa has been revamped. Thank you to Brendan of Zen Creations for his beautiful artwork and patience. www.zencreations.com.

Of course, as you can see, it is not quite finished yet....there are some finishing touches coming soon (including new pics!).

Beginning January 1st, I am raising my prices $10 whole dollars. ;) Thank you to the folks who helped me realize that I am far underpriced for in home visitations. You will see the new prices on the Services offered page of the new website.

But wait, I have more wonderful news! Also beginning in January, I will be teaching at the Great Falls Yoga Institute as well as the Sterling Yoga Center.

This Saturday begins the first in a series of eight classes at the Sterling Yoga center. This class is geared toward beginners and will progress at the pace of the group. It is located at 6 Export Dr. , Sterling VA, Saturdays, 8:00 - 9:15 am. www.3ho.com.

The first week of January brings my first classes at the Great Falls Yoga Institute. Monday night from 7:30 - 8:45pm and Friday morning 9 - 10:15am as well as Wednesday Children's yoga from 11:00 - 11:45am. For more info about Great Falls Yoga Institute visit www.greatfallsyoga.com.
